User must ensure with the client that all details of the booking are correct; after you create the booking but before you accept monies and issue the tickets. After you confirm all details are correct you must then put a note in the booking confirming that the customer has confirmed all details are correct. The entry to do so is: 5**Customer has confirmed all details are correct
You must remind the client that date changes will incur a fee of $30 to $60. Routing and name changes will not be allowed. Our tickets are non-refundable and we NEVER offer open-tickets.
If a genuine mistake has been made and reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 minutes and before the flight has departed we will fix the error for an admin fee that varies by the type of amendment required.
Outside of the 60 minute grace window no changes are permitted and the following charges applied:
Wrong dates: $30
Wrong route: $30
Wrong Flights: $30
Small & reasonable name mistakes: $30 (up to 3 incorrect letters)
