Terms of Use:

  1. User must ensure with the client that all details of the booking are correct; after you create the booking but before you accept monies and issue the tickets. After you confirm all details are correct you must then put a note in the booking confirming that the customer has confirmed all details are correct. The entry to do so is: 5**Customer has confirmed all details are correct
  2. You must remind the client that date changes will incur a fee of $30 to $60. Routing and name changes will not be allowed. Our tickets are non-refundable and we NEVER offer open-tickets.
  3. If a genuine mistake has been made and reported to travelhelpdesk@fastjet.com within 60 minutes and before the flight has departed we will fix the error for an admin fee per amendment required.
    The following charges applied:
    • Wrong dates: $30
    • Wrong route: $30
    • Wrong Flights: $30
    • Small & reasonable name mistakes: $30 (up to 3 incorrect letters)
    • Name Changes: Are not permitted
  4. Outside of the 60 minute grace window no changes are permitted.
