FASTJET LTD | We are pleased to announce the introduction of our new travel flexibility options under the “Flexi-Go” banner, which will apply to all fare options across our domestic and international networks.

Every year in March, we celebrate Customer Appreciation Month, and this year we are pleased to introduce our new Flexi-Go products from Wednesday 03 March 2021. We are offering our customers three new product options; these include “GoEarlier”, “GoLater” and “GoFirm”.

Our “GoEarlier” value service provides customers who arrive at the airport in time for a preceding flight to register to travel on the earlier flight. Before check-in finalises, subject to availability, they will be accommodated on the flight. In contrast, our “GoLater” offering will afford customers who arrive late with a new offer to register for standby for a later flight up to 72 hours from the original date/time of travel. Both offers are subject to space available on the selected flights.

The introductory offer will exclude any fees and charges for travel until 30 June 2021 for both the “GoEarlier” and “GoLater” offers. These exclusive options are offered on the day of travel at the airport only.

Customers that No-Show for their flight and wish to reinstate their booking can now also do so by choosing our “GoFirm” option. This new product extends greater flexibility for customers to rebook a missed flight on a confirmed seat basis to a later flight or future travel date on the same route. The rebooking must be made within a 72 hour period from the date and time of the original flight. A nominal change fee applies. Our GoFirm offer is available via our fastjet Shops, Airport Ticket Sales, Call Centre or Travel Agents.
