Finally, 2020 comes to an end and thank you for the support throughout the year. Together we have weathered the storm of this challenging and unprecedented year.

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic disrupted the global economy and ultimately the travel and hospitality industries. In response to the new regulations, the airline introduced several new measures to ensure the safety of our passengers and staff as it is our top priority.

As part of these measures, our popular snack box was redesigned with the safety of our passengers in mind. The box now contains a complimentary alcohol-based hand sanitiser, a surgical mask and vitamin c based refreshment.

We remain focused on ensuring our compliance with all regulations and requirements, and customers are reminded to familiarise themselves with all measures and protocols to secure their wellbeing whilst travelling.

Following the resumption of flights, we were the first airline to resume services across key routes on our network such as the Harare-Johannesburg service on 01 October, reconnecting families and supporting businesses. To date, we have added more flights to deliver the convenience and flexibility that the market requires.

For the fifth consecutive year, the airline was awarded by the World Travel Awards as Africa’s Leading Low-Cost Airline for 2020. This award is for you our loyal customers and travel partners.
