Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

The safety, health and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our highest priority.

We would like to reassure customers that our existing procedures are in line with the guidance provided by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the relevant aviation authorities in maintaining preparedness for any related incident to a communicable disease such as Novel Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The travel advice relevant to the destinations we fly to remains unchanged. All our flights continue to operate as scheduled and our standard terms and conditions of carriage apply.  Customers are informed that at designated airports of entry checks may be applied by the regulated authority, over which we have no influence. Such activities would be conducted by the authority’s on-duty staff, who may be wearing appropriate safety attire.

We remain in regular contact with the relevant agencies and authorities and will amend our procedures in accordance with any prescribed changes as may be applicable to our operations. Those customers who may require additional information or the latest update on the latest Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), are encouraged to visit the websites of  the World Health Organisation (WHO) or the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention.
