Welcome to 2018 and wishing you many happy meals this year. Now that the holidays are over, for many losing your summer holiday spread is must. Diets often don't work because they are too impossible to follow for long periods of time. Eating healthy should be a way of life. And the best advice I have every had “Eat less, move more”.
Making good food choices and avoiding unplanned snacking. Fish is lean and filled with loads of healthy nutrients, protein, vitamin B and much more. Make a good choice the whole family can enjoy.
Boil the baby potatoes for 15 minutes until cooked.
Heat oil in a large frying pan, place the fish skin down in the pan, and place the lid on the pan.
Fry the vegetables and oregano in a separate pan for 8 minutes.
Depending on the thickness of the fish it should take 10 to 15 minutes to cook.
Squeeze a bit of lemon onto the fish.
This meal is great for your lunch box too.
