Three bean salad

For a quick and easy meal that lasts for a few days in the fridge, this three bean salad definitely makes the grade. The beans are full of protein and packed with goodness. As an added bonus, they do aid weight loss and reduce fatigue to mention a few. Serve it with just about anything. Vegetarians will love this meal.

Method

  1. Drain the bruin from the butter beans and ted beans.  

  2. Pour the beans into a bowl. 

  3. Add the baked beans.

  4. Add the peppers and onions.

  5. Mix the balsamic, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper together, and drizzle over the bean salad.
