RE: FASTJET CUSTOMER APPRECIATION MONTH
JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA | Fastjet extends its appreciation to all customers by designating the month of March as their “Customer Appreciation Month”.
In launching this initiative, fastjet today announced that their first of many planned activities for this month starts with an appreciation for loyalty. The group has prescribed a set threshold for acknowledging loyalty amongst all customers, with giveback free flight awards to be presented to qualifying customers as a mark of appreciation. Those customers who have flown on more than twenty flights between 01 July 2019 and 31 December 2019 will be rewarded with two free flights. Qualifying customers will be personally engaged during the upcoming days and presented with free flight awards for their use during 2020.
With a pre-launch initiative already started, fastjet ValueFlyer travellers can benefit from two pieces of free checked baggage allowance for travel on the International Routes, between Harare and Johannesburg and between Bulawayo and Johannesburg in the month of March.
Fastjet is serious about building long-term relationships and encourages passenger insight as the group rolls out customer surveys for all passengers throughout the month.
“With more on offer, including the customer service teams hard at work on their demonstration of their monthly theme of “Awesome Service”, fastjet for everyone looks forward to demonstrating their appreciation to customers with various activities and surprises planned for the month” says fastjet Corporate Communication representative.
Customers can anticipate more excitement, and are encouraged to follow fastjet on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to find out more on the brand and service appreciation activities for the month.
