17. Inability To Provide Carriage

17.1 Refunds

17.1.1 In the unlikely event that We are not able to provide a seat for a confirmed booking We will, at Our election, refund all monies received in respect of the Booking or place the Guest on the next available fastjet flight.


17.2 Further Liabilities

17.2.1 We will not provide meal or accommodation vouchers or accept any further liability to such a Guest for denied Boarding, delayed flights, or changes in flight schedules.
