Rebooking assistance

 

For all passengers holding confirmed travel reservations and for those making new bookings we are offering full flexibility as follows:

  • Rebooking assistance will be offered via email [email protected]
  • Unlimited changes are permitted.
  • No change fee or fare difference will be applied.
  • All new bookings/tickets must be finalised by 30 November 2020, and hereafter the standard fare change rules will apply.
  • Valid for FN 334 ticket stock only.
  • No refunds permitted, except taxes in the event of a no-show.
