1. What are fastjet’s payment options and how long do you have to pay before the booking is cancelled?

 

We offer our customer the seamless Pay Now option and a Pay Later option. If you select the Pay Later option, the time in which you have to pay for your booking will depend on your departure date or time of departure of your selected flight. Fastjet gives you the option to pay now or to pay later. If you select the pay later option, the time in which you have to pay will depend on the departure date of your flight. 2. Which credit cards does fastjet accept?

 

Fastjet accepts Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards, online via secure payment options available on our website or a fastjet shop or Airport Office. When paying with a credit or debit card, ensure that you have sufficient funds to support any service fees or charges that may apply. 3. How do I make a payment at a fastjet shop or airport office?

 

Simply drop in at a fastjet shop or airport office and pay for your flight using cash or a credit/debit card. Fastjet’s friendly and efficient staff are always ready to assist. Remember if you are choosing to pay via credit/debit card you can complete the transaction via our website. 4. Can I pay with my EcoCash wallet?

 

Yes, our Zimbabwean customers can now make mobile payments for their fastjet flight. We have partnered with Cellulant to offer a simple and secure payments through their Tingg platform to facilitate EcoCash payment.

5. Is there a maximum payment limit if I wish to pay with my ZWL EcoCash Wallet?

 

Yes, the maximum daily limit may be restricted from time to time by relevant government agencies. The present daily limit is ZWL 5,000.00 per transaction.

 

6. Can I do a partial payment using my ZWL EcoCash Wallet?

 

Partial payments are not permitted for bookings secured online via our website. This includes payment using an EcoCash Wallet.

 

7. What happens if I do not pay within the prescribed payment time limit shown on my booking confirmation? 

 

If you are unable to pay for your flight within the prescribed payment time limit, the booking will be auto cancelled with no cost to you. Fastjet does not offer an extension on a booking reservation. You may rebook your flight arrangements, in this instance the original fare booked may no longer be available and you may have to book a higher priced fare, subject to availability of your original flight arrangements selected.
