1. What are fastjet’s payment options and how long do you have to pay before the booking is cancelled?

 

Fastjet gives you the option to pay now or to pay later. If you select the pay later option, the time in which you have to pay will depend on the departure date of your flight. Visit the How to pay for your ticket section for more information.

 

2. Which credit cards does fastjet accept?

 

Fastjet accepts Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards.

 

3. How do I make a payment at one of the fastjet shops or airport offices?

 

Simply drop in and pay for your flight using cash. Fastjet’s friendly and efficient staff are always ready to assist. You can also use your credit or debit card at select stores; however, you might as well then pay for your booking online via www.fastjet.com.

 

4. How do I make a payment at a CBZ Branch or Chicken Inn store?

 

To make payment before the ticket time limit expires. you can visit any CBZ branch or Chicken Inn store within Zimbabwe and present your booking confirmation email or quote your booking confirmation number to the teller.

You will be required to pay in full in the currency that your booking was made in.

 

5. Can I pay through mobile banking?

 

Yes, we have partnered with Cellulant to offer simple and secure payments through their tingg platform to facilitate Stanbic payments on our fastjet website. Zimbabwean customers can now make mobile payments for their fastjet flight using Stanbic mobile banking *247#. Visit our Paying with tingg page for more information.

 

6. What happens if I do not pay within the time limit shown on my booking reservation? ?

 

If you are unable to pay for your flight within the prescribed payment time limit, the booking will be auto cancelled with no cost to you. Fastjet does not offer an extension on a booking reservation. You may rebook your flight arrangements, in this instance the original fare booked may no longer be available and you may have to book a higher priced fare, subject to availability of your original flight arrangements selected..
