1. In the event of the death or hospitalisation, does fastjet refund Customers?

 

Fastjet will not refund customers who miss their flight as a result of a death or hospitalisation. We will provide assistance with changing the booking date, provided the change is requested prior to the departure date of the original booking.

In the event of a death of a booked Guest, a refund may be processed at the discretion of fastjet. A certified copy of the death certificate must be submitted along with the refund request. In the event of hospitalisation of a booked Guest, a medical certificate must be submitted along with the refund request.

 

2.  Will fastjet refund my ticket or booking in the event of a flight delay or cancellation due to Extraordinary Circumstances?

 

If, due to Extraordinary Circumstances, we cancel a flight, fail to operate a flight or, fail to stop at Your destination, We shall rebook You onto another fastjet flight to Your scheduled destination on an alternative date without change fees (fare differences may apply).
