The earlier you arrive at check-in, the quicker you can sit back, relax and look forward to your journey. Here’s what you need to know.

Opening and closing times

Our check-in desks open two (2) hours before and close exactly 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time. 

 

Dedicated Check-in

FlexiFlyers can breeze though check-in by using the dedicated check-in queue exclusive to our FlexiFlyer Guest.

A dedicated check-in desk service is available to our FlexiFlyer Guests on select routes. Look out for the FlexiFlyer sign at the check-in counters and make your way straight to your exclusive queue. This service is available at the check-in counters in Harare, Bulawayo, Victoria Falls and Johannesburg airports.

 

What you should bring with you

When checking in, you will need to provide

  • Proof of Identification (it must be either your National issued identity card / document or passport)

  • your credit or debit card if it was used to pay for the booking

A boarding pass will then be given to you to be shown at the boarding gate.

 

Late arrival

If you arrive at the check-in desk late (less than 40 minutes before departure) you will be DENIED BOARDING.
