You've booked your flight, but personal circumstances require that you change the date. Perhaps you've decided you need to travel with extra baggage and now need to book it. Here's what you need to know.
You can use our online tool "Manage My Booking" to make changes.
You are allowed to change the date and/or time of your flight provided you contact us in advance.
Changes can only be made by the person who booked the original flight.
You can make changes to your flight within two (2) hours of the departure time, but no later than 40 minutes prior to departure. Payment must be made immediately.
We charge an administration fee for departure date and/or departure time changes. This is in addition to the fare difference between your original booking and the new booking.

We do NOT allow name changes.
Spelling mistakes can be amended ONLY if they involve up to three (3) character changes and provided they are reported within 24 HOURS of booking. We do charge an administration fee for spelling mistake corrections.
Corrections in excess of three (3) characters or name changes reported more than 24 hours after making the booking will result in the booking being cancelled. No refund will be paid and a new booking will need to be made.
