If you think you will need help at any given point in your journey, here’s what you need to know.
fastjet will assist you throughout your journey. From checking in at the airport to disembarking the plane, reacquiring your bags at the baggage claim and passing through immigration, we will ensure that you continuously receive assistance.
Our cabin crew will take you through a safety briefing, explaining where your seat is in location to the toilets. If need be, we will provide assistance with making your way to and from the toilet, and opening food packages and drinks.

Can you travel with a guide dog?
We do allow Guests to bring a guide dog with them on board, however, this is only for regional flights. You will need to arrange pre-authorisation. Find out more now.
