Travelling with medication

For easy access, we advise that Guests place all medication in their hand baggage. Here’s what else you need to know.

We require a letter from your doctor or medical practitioner or a prescription confirming the type of medication and what it is used for.

Important information

  • Essential liquid medication in quantities over 100 ml must be certified as authentic by a doctor's letter and presented in the original container. Medication bottles and packaging may need to be opened during screening by airport security.
  • We have no facilities to refrigerate medication on board our aircraft.
  • Our staff is not allowed to administer any medication. If you need assistance with medication then you will need to arrange a travel companion to accompany you throughout your journey.
