There are times when you simply can’t make your flight. Here you can find out if you can claim a refund and what documentation we require from you.

As a rule all fastjet tickets are non-refundable.

We will, however, consider refunding a ticket

  • in the unfortunate event of the death of a close relative (a parent, sibling, child or grandparent). In these circumstances, you will have to submit a copy of the death certificate with a refund request.

  • as a result of an unexpected illness in which you are hospitalised. In this circumstance, you will need to submit a copy of a medical certificate along with the refund request. An administration fee will be applied. 

 

Fastjet will refund the ticket fare via the original payment channel used when booking the ticket. Contact our Call Centre or visit your nearest fastjet shop for more information.
