You can now make mobile payments for your fastjet flight. Fastjet has partnered with Cellulant to offer a simple and secure access digital payments through their Tingg platform. This offers our customers more ways to pay for their flight through our website.
Our Zimbabwean customers can pay for their flights using an EcoCash account. Don’t have an EcoCash wallet? Don’t worry, we will be adding more wallets and payment methods to the site soon. Until then, you can still pay for your flight using a Credit Card or Debit Card or with cash at a fastjet shop.
Search and select your preferred flight, you will be directed to our payment page.
Select the Tingg payment option and choose the USD currency option using the dropdown menu. We currently only accept USD wallets. If your original search was done using a different currency to USD, we will convert the total using our exchange rate.
Select ‘Pay Now’. You will be directed to the Tingg payment page to complete your payment.
Once on the Tingg payment page, select Ecocash and follow the steps to complete your payment.
You will have 15 minutes to process your payment and secure your flight. If you are unable to pay within this time, we will automatically hold your flight for you for a few hours depending on how far in advance you have booked.
You will be sent a booking confirmation with the details of the time limit. You can log into Manage My Booking using your name and confirmation number to pay for your flight at any time within the hold period.
Please make sure that you pay for your flight within the specified time limit on your booking confirmation. If you are late to pay for the booking, payment will not be accepted, your booking will be cancelled, and you will need to re-book your flight.
Please note that these payments will be subject to an administration fee at time of booking. The fee will be listed in the booking basket.
