If you think you will need help at any given point in your journey, here’s what you need to know.
Our cabin crew are tasked with ensuring the safety and comfort of all Guests during their flight. As there can be more than 100 travellers on board, they cannot assist Guests with eating, drinking, taking medication or visiting the toilet (unless you are blind or visually impaired) – this is why a travel companion is necessary.
Comfort aids, such as cushions, can be used on board so long as the aircraft seat belt can still be fastened.

Emotional support animals
Due to aircraft configuration, fastjet does not allow pets or any other animal that may provide emotional support on board our aircraft. We do however allow guide dogs on board domestic flights.
