Here is everything you need to know about carrying liquids or dry ice while travelling with fastjet.
You can only carry liquids, aerosols and gels in containers of 100 ml or less when you pass through security. They should all fit into one transparent, re-sealable 20 x 20 cm bag. In total, each Guest can carry a maximum of 1,000 ml through security.
Connecting flights
If you have purchased duty free alcohol or liquids over 100 ml and are connecting to another flight, you may be required to pass through further airport security screening and you may not be able to take your duty free items with you.
For connecting flights we recommend packing your duty free items into your hold baggage before checking in for your next flight.
Read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
You can take a maximum of 2,5 kg of dry ice in your hand baggage as long as it is only used to preserve perishable goods that are not classed as dangerous goods.
Please inform the Call Centre of your intention to carry dry ice prior to your departure.
