We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Line Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our maintenance team at fastjet Zimbabwe. Based in Harare or Victoria Falls, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of our fleet—keeping aircraft ready
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct transit, daily, and weekly checks on aircraft in accordance with approved data and procedures.
· Perform real-time fault diagnosis and rectification to minimise aircraft on ground (AOG) time.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
· Accurately complete maintenance documentation and issue Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) within the scope of your license.
· Liaise with flight crews, operations, and maintenance control to coordinate aircraft readiness.
· Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and team collaboration at all times.
Minimum Requirements
· ICAO Type 2 License.
· Type rating(s) Embraer 135/145, AE3007A engines.
· Strong understanding of MEL/CDL procedures and aircraft documentation systems.
· Ability to work shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
· High level of attention to detail, initiative, and commitment to safety.
· Right to live and work in Zimbabwe.
