Paying with a Credit Card?

Fastjet has partnered with Direct Pay Online (DPO) payment gateway to offer our customers an easy and secure way to process your card payments.

Please note that we only accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards and that your card must be registered with 3D Secure to make a payment.

How to pay for your booking using a Credit or Debit card.
Step 1:

Simply select the Credit Card or Debit Card payment option on our payment page after making your booking, accept our Terms and Conditions of Carriage and Privacy Policy at the bottom of the page and click BOOK NOW.

Step 2:

Enter your personal details as well as your card details on the next page, accept the DPO Terms and Conditions and click Pay Now. Complete the 3D Secure verification process. Whilst your payment is being processed, DO NOT click the back arrow or close your browser. Please wait until you are redirected to the Confirmation page. If your payment was unsuccessful, you will be redirected to the DPO payment page where you can try again.

Step 3:

After making a successful payment, you will be directed to your Booking Confirmation page. We will also email your fastjet confirmation to you and you will receive a transaction confirmation email from DPO. Should you receive your DPO confirmation page but not your fastjet Booking confirmation, please contact our call center for assistance, Do not attempt to process your payment again.

What is a sponsored flight?

A sponsored booking is a flight reservation booked and paid for on behalf of someone else who is not named on the card used to make the payment. Therefore, the passenger is not the card holder.

You do not need to be the owner of the card used to pay for your fastjet flight.
