Payment at a CBZ Bank

You may pay for your flight booking at any Zimbabwe CBZ Bank branch. Simply make a booking on our website and select the ‘Pay Later’ option. This will hold your booking for a short period depending on how far in advance you book your flight.

Then visit any CBZ Bank branch and present your booking confirmation email or quote your booking confirmation number to the teller to make payment. Ensure that you pay within the time limit specified on your booking confirmation.

You will be required to pay in the currency that your booking was made in. If you are paying in cash at the bank, ensure that you have the exact amount as no change will be returned.

Once full payment has been made, you will receive an updated booking confirmation via email, showing a zero balance and your booking will be secured.

If you do not receive an updated booking confirmation, please log into Manage My Booking to retrieve it or contact our Call Centre.
