#AmazingService | Fastjet Relocates OR Tambo Check-in To Terminal A

Working as a tour group leader has its ups and downs. Our last trip to Victoria Falls, though memorable had some challenging moments.

My previous tour group comprised of fourteen individuals who were on their last lag of an African tour which was concluding in Victoria Falls. After check-in the walk from Terminal B counters to the boarding gate can be tiring, more so for my tour group of individuals who were all advanced in age.

We had shared feedback with fastjet through their post flight survey. Our customers frequently expressed their discomfort with the long walk through a congested customs and immigration section from Terminal B to the African Bussing lounge.

Before we closed off for the year, we had one last trip to Victoria Falls then down to the Kruger National Park. I was delighted to receive a notification from fastjet, advising of a terminal relocation at OR Tambo International Airport Terminal B to Terminal A. “This works well for our customers”, I said to my travel companion.

At the airport we had a smooth experience. The check-in at Terminal A counters A59 to A62 was flawless, the customer service was top notch and immigration, and customs area was not congested. In no time at all, we were making our way to the boarding gate. This was one of our best airport experiences in a long time.

Our flight to Victoria Falls departed on time, with smiles from excited passengers going to visit one of the Natural Wonders of the World. Thank you fastjet for being responsive.
