Our Current Requirements

Fixed term contracts (12 months) and permanent employment contracts for A320 Captains and First Officers for FastJet based in Nairobi and Dar Es Salaam

Please read the following qualification requirements before completing your application.

• Applicants without the minimum qualifications will not be accepted.
• For A320 experience any of the A319/320/321 group of aircraft is acceptable.

Qualifications required:

• Hold unrestricted rights or be eligile to hold work permits in Tanzania or Kenya. (Company assistance will be provided).

Captains and F/O’s: Must hold an ICAO ATPL (Captains) or Frozen ATPL (F/O’s) with Instrument Rating, current class 1 Medical Certificate and ICAO Level 5 or 6 English Language Proficiency (Level 6 preferable)

Captains: A minimum of 4,000 hrs total time and 500hrs in command on A320

First Officers: A minimum 400hrs A320 experience

Salary:

Captains: up to $131,000 depending on experience

First Officers: up to $78,000 depending on experience Fixed Term contracts are available through reputable agencies (terms available on request).
